What is not included in the above costs?
Fees not a part of the Placement Fee include, but are not limited to the following: Adoptive Parent's passport(s); medical exams and lab tests; Immigration and Naturalization (USCIS) fees prior to and following adoptive placement; notary; state level certifications for foreign court documents; postage/courier fees; attorney fees in your state of residence to re-adopt your child and obtain a U.S. birth certificate and automatic citizenship; etc.
